TenGoku Aburiya and Bayan Ko's “Bento & Co.” Box Collaboration


Fresh off their inaugural Bento Box collab with Chef Chris Jung of Maxwells Trading, TenGoku has now teamed up with Bayan Ko, named one of Chicago Magazine’s 50 best restaurants in 2024 for a bento box that showcases the best of both worlds. Guests can stop by during TenGoku’s lunch hours (Tuesday - Friday, 11:30 am - 1:30 pm) to get a taste of Chef Sangtae Park’s Japanese and Korean flavors and Bayan Ko’s Chef Lawrence Letrero’s Cuban-Filipino flair. For $18 the box will include pork belly adobo paired with sides of garlic fried rice, a runny fried egg, atchara pickled green papaya, California maki, tamago, seaweed salad, potato salad, and miso soup.
