Handel's Messiah at Rockefeller Chapel
Rockefeller Chapel presents its annual performance of Handel’s Messiah on Sunday, December 7, at 3 PM. A beloved holiday tradition since 1930, the performance will feature highlights from Parts I, II, and III of Handel’s renowned work. The concert will showcase celebrated soloists Sarah Brailey, Anna Rasmussen, Trevor Mitchell, and Ryne Cherry, along with the Rockefeller Chapel Choir, the University of Chicago Motet Choir, and the professional Rockefeller Baroque Chamber Orchestra, conducted by James Kallembach. Premium chancel seating ensures the best visibility and lighting at the front of the chapel. Ample free street parking is available.
