Publican Quality Bread Oak Park is excited to launch its new monthly dinner series featuring hearty and delicious food paired with thoughtful wine selections.
Our first installment celebrate the winter season with regional produce and proteins at this intimated, seated experience. As a special treat, High Roads Wine & Sprits' Master Sommelier Ken Fredrickson will be choosing pairing selections for this five course meal.

Course 1 -
endive tart tatine, frisee salad
Course 2 -
charred cabbage, pickled raisins, sherry vinaigrette, shallots, herbs
squash agnolotti, parmesan crema, sunchokes, fig nduja, grapefruit
Course 3 -
malted fennel apple puree, halibut, mushrooms, garlic butter breadcrumbs

beef wellington, glazed turnips
