This program will offer families the opportunity to explore and reconnect to the natural world guided by your senses, your heart and collective curiosity.
Research has shown that 'bathing in the environment of the forest' has many positive health benefits. The process of re-remembering and re-knowing our bodily connection to nature can lead to reduced stress, a decrease in blood pressure, a reduction in anxiety & depression and an increased feeling of comfort and calm.
Designed for families, this 45 minute walk will give you an opportunity to let go of stress, disconnect from outside distractions, and connect with each other better in a shared experience.
The walk will be held entirely outdoors. Dress for the weather and wear comfortable clothing and shoes.
