Tunnel to Towers 9/11 NEVER FORGET Mobile Exhibit
Rosemont’s Parkway Bank Park entertainment district (5501 Park Place) is honored to welcome the Tunnel to Towers 9/11 NEVER FORGET Mobile Exhibit on May 9-10, offering visitors a powerful look at the events of September 11, 2001. Created by the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, this traveling tribute features an 83-foot tractor-trailer transformed into a 1,100-square-foot interactive exhibit, showcasing artifacts from Ground Zero, audio recordings, video footage and more. As the exhibit makes its stop in Rosemont, it provides a unique opportunity for the community to honor the heroes and victims of 9/11, while ensuring their stories continue to be shared and remembered.
The Tunnel to Towers 9/11 NEVER FORGET Mobile Exhibition is free and open to the public. The exhibit will be open at Parkway Bank Park on Friday, May 9 from 2 – 8 p.m. and Saturday, May 10 from 12 – 6 p.m. Tours of the exhibit will be led by eyewitness first responders, who will share firsthand accounts of their experiences on 9/11.
