Mardi Gras at Mac’s Wood Grilled


Mac’s Wood Grilled offers a lineup of New Orleans-inspired selections Friday, February 28 through Tuesday, March 4 (Fat Tuesday). Mardi Gras specials include a Blackened Chicken Po’ Boy with Cajun-spiced chicken breast ($16); an Andouille Sausage Po’ Boy with smoked andouille sausage ($16); and a Fried Shrimp Po’ Boy with crispy fried shrimp ($21). All three sandwiches come on a telera roll with shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, dill pickles and housemade remoulade (served with Cajun fries). Mardi Gras Bock, a seasonal German-style Maibock produced by Louisiana-based Abita Beer Company, is on special for $5 (12-ounce bottle). The Mardi Gras specials are available during regular business hours February 28 through March 4.
