Cider Summit Chicago celebrates local, regional, and international artisanal ciders and cidermakers. The 12th annual Cider Summit Chicago will feature over 125+ ciders, cider cocktails, and fruit spirits.
Cider Summit Chicago 2026 highlights:
- 125+ ciders, cider cocktails, and spirits.
- NEW! Pre-Opening Cider-Cupcake Tasting: This year, we will feature FOUR curated cupcake pairings from Molly’s Cupcakes, Northman Cider, Eris Cider, plus a couple of surprises. Limited to 72 participants. Attendees must purchase a separate VIP or General Admission festival ticket to access the Pre-Opening Tasting.
- NEW! Beneficiary: The Evolved Network: A portion of ticket sales will go towards this amazing nonprofit organization, which provides experiential programming to children through culinary arts and gardening.
- VIP ticket holders receive early entry! VIP Entrance: 1 p.m.
