Heritage Chorale's spring 2026 concert explores dimensions of dreams and destiny. Featured are Johannes Brahms' Schicksalslied (Song of Destiny), performed with chamber orchestra, and Zoey Lim's commissioned piece—a setting of Emily Dickinson's poem "We Grow Accustomed to the Dark." Three Nocturnes by Daniel Elder, a fanciful setting of Lewis Carroll's "Jabberwocky," and pieces by Ēriks Ešenvalds, Stephen Foster, Thomas Morley, and Rosephanye Powell deepen the resonances of the concert's theme.
