Partner Yoga at the Art Gallery
Have you ever needed to lean on someone? Partner Yoga is the perfect sandbox to practice your partnership skills! Take some time for play and trust you are in good hands (and feet) in Partner Yoga!
Galeria Azul is graciously hosting this event at their beautiful art gallery, and all are welcome to attend. This session will be guided by Michelle Rae Sobi, and ample cues and modifications will be given to ensure a fun event.
Whether you are on the floor...or in the air, there are ample yoga asanas (postures) that you and your partner can explore together.
Students will hopefully have some laughs, blow off some steam, and deepen their connection with one another in this event.
