Chef Sangtae Park aims to showcase the best of both MICHELIN starred Omakase Yume and sister steak omakase concept Bonyeon. This 17-course collaboration celebrates both premium sushi cuts and premium beef cuts that each restaurant is known for, offering guests an immersive culinary experience with Chef Sangtae Park at the stunning 12-seat Bonyeon chef's counter.
