Dining in the Dark at About Last Knife Restaurant
Close your eyes and awaken your senses at Arlo Chicago for the launch of Dining in the Dark, an innovative sensory dining experience at the on-site restaurant, About Last Knife. The one-of-a-kind culinary journey begins in an intimate atmosphere, where guests are blindfolded and senses awakened as they take in the tastes and aromas of the top-secret three-course menu and explore new flavors in a way they've never experienced before. Guests select a Red (meat) Menu, Blue (seafood) Menu or Green (vegan) Menu options to complement their palette to indulge in under complete darkness, disconnected from social media and distractions as they embrace the present moment and foster meaningful connections with the people and food around them. The Dining in the Dark series debuts at About Last Knife on Saturday, April 6 and is ongoing on select Saturdays: April 20, May 4 and May 18. Reservation times include first seating from 6-7:30 p.m. and second seating from 8:30-10 p.m. Tickets are priced at $64 per person and can be purchased via Fever. After purchasing tickets, please indicate any dietary requirements using the form provided - this is mandatory. Tips and drinks are not included in ticket purchases. Every guest is required to pay a $10 food gratuity at the end of the experience. Beverages consumed are an additional cost and are subject to 20% gratuity.
