Start the evening with Taquito de Pollo, a crispy chicken stuffed taquito topped with cheese and cream, paired alongside Adobo Grill’s classic margarita, 100% agave Corazón, Gran Gala, fresh lime juice; shaken tableside served up with salt. Next, dive into Platano Sope, with dark mole, cheese and sour cream, to be enjoyed with a Grapefruit Margarita. The main course is Cochinita Pibil, or achiote marinated pork, pickled onions, and beans. Sip on the unique Fig Margarita with this course!
And for dessert, delight in Pastel de Queso - Ricotta cheesecake with figs.
Dinner begins at 6:30 pm and is priced at $59 per guest (plus tax and gratuity).
