Adobo Grill is serving up an unforgettable evening of bold bites and tequila pairings at their April Dinner on Thursday, April 24.
Bocadillo: Taco de chicharron de pollo with mayo, lettuce, pickle, and onion, paired with Adobo’s Margarita (Tequila Blanco)
Antojito: Ceviche de atún, paired with a Raspberry Margarita
Platillo: Tilapia a la talla with mushrooms and Veracruzana-style sauce, paired with a Peach Margarita
Postre: Pineapple cake with caramel sauce, paired with a tasting of Tequila Blanco, Reposado, Añejo, and house-made sangrita
