The Publican: Shuck Off 2026
Guests can reserve a spot with a $20 donation to Pilot Light, unlocking access to $2 oysters shucked by some of Chicago’s top Bar Stars and Beverage Legends. Each featured guest will also have their own signature drink on The Publican’s menu for this event only, making this year’s Shuck Off a boozy celebration of the city’s stellar beverage scene, all in support of a great cause.
