is/was brewing - 6th Anniversary & First-Ever Can Release
is/was brewing, recently named one of the top saison producers in the world by Craft Beer & Brewing, is launching its first-ever canned beer.
A year after opening their taproom, is/was is canning its flagship saison, Will Be (previously only available in kegs and 500mL bottles), and releasing it on their 6th anniversary—Saturday, August 16. It’s a big milestone for the brewery.
To celebrate, they’ll be offering $6 16oz cans of Will Be all day in the taproom and teaming up with Cash’s Kitchen—one of The Infatuations picks for best pop-ups in Chicago—for a one-day-only menu of glizzies and chips from 2–8 PM.
