Free Vaccination Event on November 23 hosted by CORE and Chicago Department of Health
WHAT:
CORE (Community Organized Relief Effort), the emergency relief nonprofit organization co-founded by Sean Penn and Ann Lee, and its partner Chicago Department of Health will host a free vaccination event on Saturday, November 16th 23rd, from 9AM-2PM. The event will include Covid-19 and Flu shots. Both pre-registration and walk-in registration are available for each event. Patients that are pre-registered sign up via Juvare links listed on CDPH's website.
The event welcomes all community members to attend and utilize the various health resources available, including free Covid-19 (1st and 2nd dose), 2024-25 booster shot, Moderna (6 months - 11 years), Moderna (12+ years), Fluzone regular and Fluzone High dose (65+ years).
