The Charlotte Home + Remodeling Show returns to the Park Expo and Convention Center from February 21-23, 2025, with celebrity appearances from Magnolia Network’s Tamara Day (Bargain Mansions) and HGTV’s Steve Ford (Restored By The Fords).
Among the show’s new features is The Children's Entrepreneur Market. On Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m., guests can support Charlotte’s youngest entrepreneurs. As always, the show highlights experts and products specifically crafted to meet the home-improvement needs of Charlotte-area residents.
The Charlotte Home + Remodeling Show includes:
“Laid Back Luxe” Designer Tamara Day. Interior designer Tamara Day is known for making the aspirational attainable in her renovation projects on Magnolia Network’s Bargain Mansions. Often seen working alongside her Dad (a fan favorite), Tamara restores large, neglected Kansas City homes others are too scared to tackle. She brings these grand residences back to life, retaining the home’s character while making it more livable for modern families.
A mother of four herself, Tamara Day believes a family’s home should be not just beautiful but also low maintenance because life is stressful enough. She’ll be sharing how to obtain her “laid back luxe” interior design style during her presentations on Friday, February 21 at 3 p.m. and Sunday, February 23 at Noon.
HGTV’s Steve Ford of Restored By The Fords. Steve Ford and his reno partner-in-crime, his sister Leanne, have made restoring off-the-beaten-path Pittsburgh homes their specialty, as seen on HGTV’s Restored by the Fords. HGTV audiences will also recognize the proud Pennsylvania native from appearances on Home Again with the Fords, A Very Brady Renovation, Rock the Block, and the Property Brothers’ Brother vs. Brother. Additionally, Steve hosts an online series, 'Stuffed with Steve Ford,' that showcases Pennsylvania’s agriculture and food history with stops along the state’s rich culinary trail.
Steve will share his vast renovation knowledge at the show on Friday, February 21 at 5 p.m. and Saturday, February 22 at 1 p.m.
Meet Next Gen Entrepreneurs. The Children's Entrepreneur Market is coming to Charlotte for the first time as part of the show. On Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. the area’s youngest entrepreneurs will set up shop with their products and creations. Guests will play an integral part in this unique, immersive learning experience by shopping, buying and playing a key role in helping these aspiring titans along their journey.
