Danny Bedrosian and Secret Army live at MUST BE NICE Charlotte Feb 21st
Classically trained pianist Danny Bedrosian is the keyboardist for George Clinton & the P-Funk All-Stars for the last 20 years, as well as half a dozen other bands around the nation and the world. Bedrosian is the lead vocalist, keyboardist, producer, chief songwriter, arranger and publisher for Secret Army. This band is a patchwork of genres, sounds, and spiritual creeds under one unifying musical force. Also at the fore of the band is Parliament-Funkadelic/P-Funk All Stars bassist Lige Curry (46 year P-Funk veteran) and P-Funk drummer Benjamin "Benzel" Cowan.
The solid bedrock of this rhythm unit blends Funk, Middle Eastern music, R&B, Hip-Hop, Rock, and proto classical movements. Secret Army has proven itself with its own innovative brand of alternative music, thus lending an important commentary on the state of unity in our world. Additionally, Bedrosian is a best-selling author, having released the authorized P-Funk song reference the official Canon of Parliament Funkadelic in September of 2023 published by Roman and Littlefield. It quickly became r&l's biggest seller to date, and Bedrosian now has three more books in the works.
