The Home Builders Association of Greater Charlotte’s Parade of Homes returns this fall!
The annual Parade of Homes is a free, self-guided tour featuring 35 homes from the finest builders in Charlotte and 7 surrounding counties. The Parade highlights all types of homes from first home to move-up to dream homes, as well as townhomes. All of the new model homes are furnished, landscaped and decorated.
The Parade of Homes will take place for two weekends: Oct. 5-6 and Oct. 12-13. Model homes are open and available to tour from 11am to 5pm. The self-guided tours are free and low pressure. Keystone Custom Homes will be hosting the DonutNV food truck on Oct 5-6 and the Revival Coffee truck on Oct 12-13.
