As the years go by, many of us begin to observe a decline in our balance. We may feel a little less steady or notice that we lose our sense of center. The encouraging news is that a consistent yoga practice can effectively enhance your balance.
Join our 3-week workshop series where we will delve into various poses, movements, breathing techniques and yoga philosophy to strengthen essential muscles associated with balance, improve coordination and mobility, and discover a sense of relaxation and mindfulness. Each week participants will leave with a short home practice, showing how dedicating just a few minutes daily can contribute to gaining—or regaining—both inner and outer strength. This practice is designed for individuals of all levels, offering a path to standing tall and maintaining stability and centeredness.
