Join us for this special online-only class, in which you will be led through three simple chants that will open your heart and leave you feeling peaceful and calm. You’ll learn the Lokah Chant, Ayur Dhehi, and Om Japam. Chanting is how the ancient wisdom of yoga was passed down through many generations, and using your voice is a beautiful way to honor this vocal tradition and also find your place among yogis still chanting this wisdom today! Guided by TYS teacher Melissa Goodwin and supported by her deep experience with the art of chanting, you’ll learn the meaning of these three ancient chants and experience the calming effects on your mind, body, and spirit. In the spirit of online presence, no need to worry about staying in tune! You'll only hear yourself and the instruction - so allow yourself to explore your OWN sound and take your place among the many that have shared yoga through their own voice!
