Youth Boxing
Heavy emphasis is placed on offensive and defensive drills. Once an offensive/defensive skill is learned, then we apply it to a competition-like scenario with a teammate. Then we move on to another skill. Mouthpiece is needed. Gloves, hand wraps and headgear are required, but can be used free of charge.
