The meal will offer a raw bar with a variety of caviar, fresh shucked oysters, king crab legs, as well as a variety of sushi and sashimi. Additional starters will include a gourmet salad station, artisan cheese, carpaccio, and pesto drizzle with burrata among several others. The buffet will feature a carving station with a whole beef tenderloin, bone-in ribeye steak, roasted pork belly, and a hearth oven roasted rack of lamb.
Diners can also enjoy a seared gulf cobia with a miso glaze, Joyce Farms airline chicken breast, a porcini mushroom risotto, cauliflower steaks with chimichurri sauce, and a pasta station. The dining experience concludes with a selection of house made desserts including champagne cupcakes, double chocolate cheesecake, French macarons, assorted truffles and bon bons, mini strawberry tiramisu, and more.
