Boy Scout Pancake Fundraiser
Everyone is invited to the Boy Scout Troop 776’s pancake fundraiser at Gulf Cove United Methodist Church. Breakfast will be served on Saturday, February 1, from 8:00 to 11:00 a.m. This is a great way to start your day and have a break from your “winter” doldrums – or at least give your loved one or yourself a break from cooking! The menu includes all-you-can-eat pancakes, eggs, bacon, an omelet bar, a variety of sides, and a beverage. Tickets for adults and youth over 12 are $15, and for children 5-12 are $7. Children under 5 eat free. Tickets may be obtained in advance from Michelle at 941-716-2918, or by visiting the church office (941-697-1747) Monday through Thursday (9am-1pm). Tickets will also be available at the door on February 1. Gulf Cove UMC is located at 1100 McCall Road in the Gulf Cove area of Port Charlotte, just 3/4 mile south of the Myakka River on Route 776.
