Beyond the Garden Gates: A Private Garden Tour
This tour will take you behind those private gates, where you will find seven beautifully designed gardens. After touring the gardens, the group is invited to attend a reception in the Moonlight Garden, where refreshments will be provided. Proceeds from the tour will go to restoration efforts to re-create the Arts & Crafts-styled garden trellis and pergola that surrounded the original 1929 Moonlight Garden.
Packets with garden locations will be distributed at 9 a.m. on March 28. Participants should meet at the Banyan Café in the Estates’ parking lot. Carpooling to the gardens is recommended. Registration is required.
Garden tour: 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Reception: 3:30 - 5:30 p.m.
