BELL TOWER TO HOST THIRD ANNUAL ‘ROCKIN’ AROUND THE BELL TOWER RUN’
Bell Tower, a landmark shopping, dining and entertainment destination centrally located in Fort Myers, Florida (www.belltowerfl.com), invites the community to lace up those sneakers and get ready to jingle all the way at the Third Annual “Rockin’ Around the Bell Tower Run” on Saturday, December 13th, from 8 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. This family-friendly, Christmas-themed event welcomes runners, walkers, and strollers to soak in the holiday spirit while enjoying the beautiful decorations around Bell Tower. Santa will make special appearances throughout the day – visiting participating locations, strolling around the center, taking on-the-spot selfies with guests, and cheering on the runners. Participants can choose their pace with two festive options, each beginning in Center Court: a 5K Chip-Timed Race for those looking to run 3.1 miles and set a holiday personal record, or a 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk, perfect for enjoying the Christmas magic at a more relaxed pace. All participants will receive a cozy Rockin’ Around the Bell Tower fleece blanket, a fun Rockin’ Santa hat, and a commemorative finisher’s medal that doubles as a Christmas tree ornament. Post-race treats include coffee, cotton candy and popcorn (while supplies last). After the run, participants and their families can enjoy a special Breakfast with Santa at Dave & Busters. Guests are also encouraged to spread holiday cheer by participating in a Toy Drive to support the Golisano Children’s Hospital.
