Angelina’s Ristorante, recently named for the third year in a row as one of the most romantic dining venues in the country by OpenTable, announces details for its March wine dinner. This award-winning restaurant invites guests to enjoy exquisite wines from Bertani expertly paired with a chef-curated Italian menu on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at 6:30 p.m.

The evening opens with a cured trout salad of endive, radish, cucumber, and crème fraîche, paired with a 2022 Soave Classico. The second course follows with the 2021 “Ognisanti di Novare” Valpolicella Classico Superiore, paired with ricotta gnocchi finished with brown butter, sage, and crushed pecans.
Moving to the third course of the dinner, the bigoli with duck ragu and prosciutto crisp pairs perfectly with the 2020 “Catullo,” Valpolicella Classico Superiore. The fourth course of prime bavette steak over Amarone risotto will be enhanced by a match found in the 2015 Amarone della Valpolicella Classico, a 100pt wine and named as James Suckling’s #1 wine in Italy in 2025.
