At this class, guests will learn how to make a scratch artisan style gluten-free pizza crust, they will shape their dough and top it with their favorite toppings then learn how to bake it. Afterwards guests are welcome to enjoy their pizza in the cafe and purchase beer or wine in the Cafe to go with it, or they can take it home to enjoy! This class is appropriate for ages 10 and up. Please note we are NOT a celiac friendly kitchen, we will be using a gluten free flour and working on a clean surface for this class but we bake wheat breads in our convection oven.
