Struggling to keep your sourdough going? At this class, John will teach participants a modified way to create a similar bread using a Biga which requires much less commitment. Participants will learn how to shape and bake bread and will each take their own baguette home. This class is approximately 2 hours and is appropriate for ages 12 and up.
