Gilded Splinter, film fundraiser
Gilded Splinter is an upcoming WNY-made feature film created by Matt Wisniewski and Fred Polone, blending live action, puppetry, miniatures, practical effects, and an 1800s western-inspired world. The fundraiser will give audiences a behind-the-scenes look at the art of the film, including props, miniatures, artwork, and installation-style pieces, alongside the wild creative universe of Matt’s band, Well Worn Boot.
The evening is designed as an art-forward fundraiser and creative community gathering, with pieces from the film on display, a celebration of 15 years of Well Worn Boot stage-art, music, conversation, and a chance for the public to support a full-length Buffalo feature film in progress.
