Discover the diverse foods, flavors, and culinary traditions of all 28 island nations through a bespoke four-course menu by Williams and Patina 250 Executive Chef Evan Wargo, showcasing the Caribbean's iconic ingredients—citrus, nutmeg, coconut, tamarind, pimento, pineapple, rum, and more. Featured menu items include Caribbean street‐food favorites, Trinidadian corn soup, a vibrant seafood salad, tender curry goat with “buss up shut” roti, and a Guadeloupe‐style plantain flambé. The evening will begin with a cocktail hour featuring Caribbean-inspired bites and beverages before guests are seated for dinner. Thoughtfully selected wines will be served throughout the four-course meal. Each diner will receive a signed copy of The Caribbean Cookbook (retail value $59.95).
