Spring Renewal Wellness Retreat

Regular pricing- $150- from March 23- March 27, 2025

On the shores of Lake Erie, our Spring Renewal Wellness Retreat will bring peace & tranquility to you.
Opening ceremony with Cacao- Cacao is the raw, unprocessed seed of the Cacao tree and is a key ingredient in chocolate. The ceremony promotes healing, connection, and self-exploration.
Journaling- while indulging in the cacao drink, Tricia A. will lead you through journaling. Journaling provides a safe space to express and process emotions. Journaling encourages introspection and reflection on thoughts, experiences, and beliefs.
Yoga- Tricia N. will lead you through a gentle yoga practice. Yoga provides improved flexibility, enhanced strength & balance, and improved posture among many other benefits.
Wellness Talk- TBD
Lunch- a complimentary lunch of soup and salad will be served.
Sound Bath with Acupuncture-
Dr. Hallie will apply acupuncture for relaxation as you lay on your yoga mat and meditate during our Sound Bath played by Patty.
Closing Ceremony- After setting our intentions for the day during our Cacao Ceremony, we will then set our intentions free to the universe by burning them.
**You will receive an email about one week before the event with forms to be signed and a Google Form that needs to be completed. Please return all forms by the due date. This helps us plan!
***All attendees will receive a SWAG BAG filled with tons of goodies!
REFUND POLICY:
We understand that things happen. People get sick, need to pull out of commitments, etc. We hope you understand that we are a small business and we pay for items even if you're not in attendance. We feel the following refund policy is the best for all parties.
Full refunds will be given before March 15, 2025
Half refunds will be given between March 15-March 22, 2025
No refunds will be given after March 22, 2025.
