“Jacques Brel ou L’Impossible Rêve” (“Jacques Brel or the Impossible Dream”

Jacques Brel ou L’Impossible Rêve” (“Jacques Brel or the Impossible Dream”), a musical show celebrating the life and art of singer/songwriter/poet Jacques Brel, will be presented by the Compagnie Caravague of Paris on Friday, April 25, 2025, at 7:30 p.m. in Katharine Cornell Theatre, within the Ellicott Complex on the University at Buffalo’s North Campus. Sponsors are the Alliance Française de Buffalo (AFB) and UB’s Department of Romance Languages and Literatures. “Jacques Brel ou l’Impossible Rêve” is created and produced by André Nerman, in collaboration with Stéphanie Laurent, Shelly de Vito and Manon Conan. The show stars actor/singer Nerman, along with singer Lucile and pianist/singer Laurent Clergeau.
