Erba Verde Farms invites the Western New York community to gather at its regenerative farm in East Aurora for a meaningful and delicious experience this summer. Each of its summer-long farm-to-table dinner events features a multi-course meal from a celebrated local chef, set in the fields of its working family farm and rooted in a mission to make food better for people, animals, and the land.
Erba Verde Farms produces grass-fed, pasture-raised beef, pork, and chicken using regenerative practices that prioritize animal welfare, soil health, and community impact. This dinner series is its way of connecting people to the story behind their food, showing them first-hand what’s possible when farmers and chefs work together with care, purpose, and passion.
Each meal begins at 4 p.m. with a guided walk through the farm. Guests will meet the farmers, see how animals are raised on pasture, and learn how regenerative practices restore health to the land. Then, they will gather at a long table for a multi-course, open-air dinner featuring meats raised at Erba Verde Farms and local produce in expertly prepared dishes crafted by a guest chef.
All-inclusive pricing includes food, drink pairings, and gratuity. Seating is limited.
