Drop-In Journaling Workshop at the Botanical Gardens


Join us for a special activity during Unwind Wednesday! Practice various journaling techniques and build your mental health toolkit through hands-on group and individual activities. Write, reflect, and chat with a Community Wellness Specialist and find your serenity in the Botanical Gardens! With activities like free-writing, list making, reporting & habit tracking, group & one-on-one discussion, it will be an evening filled with mindfulness and relaxation. Activities are best for ages 14+ but all ages are welcome. Activities will be available upon arrival; the Community Wellness Specialist from the Buffalo Urban League will guide participants through the activity that interests them most. More support is available through the COMHPS program at Buffalo Urban League. This activity is included with admission to Unwind Wednesday.
