Snout to Tail Dinner

Join us for a special evening as we celebrate all things swine! Chef Bruce Wieszala and Chef Steven Gedra, former owner of Black Sheep & Bistro Europa, will join forces to prepare a six course extravaganza featuring dishes prepared from a whole hog provided by Always Something Farm in Corfu, NY. This unique dinner will include wine, beer and cocktail pairings for each course (non-alcoholic pairings available upon request). Seats are limited. $150 per person plus tax, gratuity and Eventbrite fees. (Unfortunately no vegetarian meals are available for this specific dinner, we apologize.)
