Save the date for the Hospice Memorial Walk on Sunday, May 4, 2025 at 11am at Outer Harbor. Join us in celebrating the lasting memories of your loved ones for the annual Hospice Memorial Walk! $35 registration fee for all walkers. Fee counts toward your fundraising goal.
