Window World of Westchester is proud to announce the launch of its “Screen For A Cure” fundraiser—an opportunity for local residents to make a difference while getting their window screens repaired. The event will run from May 1st to May 31st, with all proceeds benefiting Window World Cares®, the charitable foundation of Window World®, America’s largest exterior remodeler.
Residents throughout Westchester County are invited to bring in their damaged window screens—whether torn or punctured—to Window World of Westchester at 134 Marbledale Rd., Tuckahoe, NY 10707. Screens will be repaired for a minimum $15 donation, and every dollar will directly support Window World Cares’ efforts to fund critical research and treatments for children battling cancer and other life-threatening illnesses at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital®.
U.S. Army Veteran, Rich Allen, franchise owner of Window World of Westchester, shared his excitement for the initiative. “We are thrilled to be hosting this fundraiser and to continue our long-standing partnership with St. Jude Children's Research Hospital,” Allen said. “For over 12 years, Window World Cares has helped raise more than $19 million, and we are proud to be a part of such a meaningful cause. We’re committed to matching every local donation, doubling the impact of each contribution.”
The “Screen For A Cure” event is a simple but powerful way for the Westchester community to give back. Whether you’re in need of screen repairs or just want to support a cause that saves lives, Window World of Westchester encourages everyone to take part.
