Padovano is in his 11th year on the bench serving as a judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, in the Civil Division of Bergen County. Before his judicial appointment, he practiced land use and litigation law in Bergen County and served as the Mayor of the Borough of Maywood. He earned his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law and undergraduate degree from Gettysburg College. Retired Judge Menelaos W. Toskos currently heads the Alternate Dispute Resolution and Mediation Group at the law firm of Harwood Lloyd, LLP in Hackensack. Before retiring as a judge of the Superior Court, he was the presiding judge of the Chancery Division and also served in the Civil Division in Bergen County.
