Following the Oct. 7, 2023 Hamas attack on Israel, the largest massacre of Jews since the Holocaust, there has been a worldwide surge in antisemitism and hatred of Israel around the world. While current events represent a mystery to most people, historian and author Rabbi Ken Spiro explains the phenomenon through patterns of Jewish history from ancient times to the present day, and prophecies in ancient Jewish texts, such as the Torah and Talmud. Rabbi Spiro is the author of several books on Jewish history, including Crash Course in Jewish History and World Perfect.
Rabbi Spiro will present his evidence at Chabad of the Rivertowns, 303 Broadway in Dobbs Ferry on Wednesday, Nov. 13 at 7 p.m.
“Once you understand the context of today's seemingly inexplicable events, you will come away with a much greater appreciation of how this battle fits into the spiritual and ideological struggle between Good and Evil, between the will to power and individual freedom,” Rabbi Spiro noted. “It will give you understanding and context you can’t get from the news headlines, and fascinating proof that history is not just a series of random events over which we are powerless.”
Space is limited for Rabbi Spiro’s special appearance. Please register for the Nov. 13 at www.chabadrt.org.
