Food Drive at Trumbull Stop & Shop on April 26 from 10 – 1
Stop, Shop & Support Your Neighbors!
We will be collecting food and non-perishable items to support the students at Mercy Learning Center in Bridgeport.
Food items needed include rice (individual packages), cooking oil, canned tuna fish, canned chicken, canned Spam, canned broth, and canned tomato sauce.
Non-perishable items needed include diapers (sizes 4, 5, and 6 only), baby wipes, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, sanitary pads, dish soap, soap/body wash, and lotion.
Cash donations also welcome.
Mercy Learning Center (MLC) provides free literacy and life skills education to low-income women in the greater Bridgeport area. MLC focuses on providing dignity, economic self-sufficiency, and hope to their students.
