The Seymour Public Library will be hosting Financial Advisor John Moran for a free workshop "Funding Their Future: Financial Planning for Education" on Wednesday February 26.
The goal of the workshop is to provide valuable information and strategies to help families and students to navigate the financial aspects of college and a higher education. An entirely educational session, the workshop is aimed solely at teaching attendees how to make informed decisions about college funding. (There is no sales component to the program.)
This workshop will cover critical aspects of planning for higher education expenses. Included will be information on the importance of planning, understanding college costs, financial aid, schlarships, student loans and saving for college.
John Moran is a financial advisor with a passion for educating communities on important financial topics.
