An afternoon celebrating the women of Ireland through poetry, prose, drama, and music. Featuring a dramatic performance of "Brigid's Letters" from 1898-1900, a reading from "The Country Girls" by Edna O'Brien, a reading from "A Ghost in the Throat" by Doireann Ní Ghríofa, poems by Paula Meehan, Nidhi Zak & Aria Eipe, Doireann Ní Ghríofa, and traditional Irish music played by the HCE Trio.
