Arts Wayland Presents: Indian Folk Art Workshop
On Monday, December 2nd from 6 pm to 8:30 pm in the Youth Room of the First Parish in Wayland, artist Chaitrali Yadav will lead an Indian Folk Art Workshop. Indian folk art forms are ancient, versatile and indigenous to India. Each has its own style and originated from various states across the country. Learn about Indian art and culture by discovering some of the folk art forms and their beautiful patterns. In this workshop, we will explore the motifs done in different folk art forms and create a beautiful painting in Madhubani Art.
