This fun, outdoor class on Fiedler Field will include a full-body workout designed with the needs of midlife and older adults in mind, perfect for all levels.
We’ll focus on functional fitness to help you build strength, improve balance, and increase mobility - all to support the way you move and feel every day. Every exercise is thoughtfully selected to promote strength, bone health, posture, joint health, and safe, efficient movement.
Class includes low-impact cardio, strength training with body weight and resistance bands, balance and flow work, and gentle stretching to finish.
Please bring water, a towel, and a resistance band - we’ll have extras available if you need one. A limited number of chairs will be provided for support or seated options during class.
We encourage participants to register before every class and to bring their own water bottles. Pre-registration is highly recommended in order to receive timely updates. Learn more and register at our ticket link!
