Rise and Shine Playgroup
Rise and Shine is a mixed age program perfect for families with children of different ages. This morning gathering brings kids together for a lively mix of activities that focus on various developmental stages. From energizing games and creative crafts, to group storytelling and interactive play, Rise and Shine offers a fun, inclusive environment where children can learn, grow and bond. It’s the perfect way to kick off the day with smiles, laughter and shared experiences that brighten everyone’s morning.

Jennifer Downing is a skilled early childhood development group facilitator with several years of experience working under the Coordinated Family and Community Engagement Program of the North Shore. She offers extensive expertise in child development, family, and community engagement, and seamlessly integrates these elements into her groups, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all attendees.
