Public Reception for Along The Coast: Oil Paintings by Linda Lea Bertrand
Join us for a public reception on Saturday, Aug. 9 from 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. for “Along The Coast,” an exhibit of oil paintings by Linda Lea Bertrand. The exhibit will be on view from Aug. 4 – Sept. 12, 2025.
“The ocean captivated my heart since childhood sailing excursions, summer days at the beach, and later spending many days on my own sailboat. Always changing and endless, the ocean inspires, fascinates, engages and energizes. It keeps me humble and in the moment. For 35 years, the ocean was the first thing I saw in the morning and the last thing I saw at night.
Linda Lea Bertrand is a plein air painter based in Marblehead, MA. Besides seascapes, she also paints landscapes and portraits. She is a member of Marblehead Arts Association, North Shore Arts Association, and Rockport Art Association, as well as Laguna Plein Air Painters Association where she displays her work.
