Designed for adults, this 4-week creative series offers a grounding, neuroscience-based approach to closing out 2025 and stepping intentionally into 2026.
More than an art class or vision board workshop, this is a hands-on experience that helps you regulate your nervous system, reduce stress, and rewire your inner state through non-verbal creative expression. Using rhythm, bilateral movement, gratitude practices, and guided reflection, participants build a 2026 vision from a calm, aligned, and empowered place.
No art experience required — just curiosity and a willingness to play.
