Right on time to help keep any 2025 home improvement resolutions, the Birmingham Home Show returns to The BJCC from with a roster of features specifically crafted to meet the home-improvement needs of Magic City residents.
The show’s special guests are real estate mavens, design visionaries, business owners, and twin sisters Leslie Davis and Lyndsay Lamb from HGTV’s Unsellable Houses. On the popular show, the high-energy duo are known for transforming one tough-to-sell home after another.
HGTV audiences also know the sisters from several HGTV team challenges, including their recent win on Rock the Block season five. Leslie and Lyndsay will share behind-the-scenes secrets and their favorite home reno tips on the Fresh Ideas Stage on Friday, February 21st at 5 p.m. and Saturday, February 22nd at 1 p.m.

For the Foodies
Birmingham is a town full of food lovers and top chefs, so naturally a kitchen demo stage is part of the show. All three days of the show, the area’s most talented chefs will demo recipes on the Hometown Flavor Cooking Stage. Samples are provided for audience guests. Additionally, guests will want to visit Hometown Flavor Row, a marketplace featuring a collective of local food vendors.

Since tiny homes took off, consumers have been increasingly interested in alternative living space options. In a new feature area, Custom Container Living will have one of their full-sized and fully customized container homes available to tour.
Keep New Year’s Intentions
Were “getting organized” or “learn how to keep plants alive” among your 2025 resolutions? Check out the Fresh Ideas Stage schedule for a vibrant roster of 30-minute-long educational presentations from local experts on topics from home organization to plant care to how to file a home insurance claim.
DIY For Small Fries
One of the show’s new features is the Lowes Kids DIY Workshops. Pint-sized DIYers can create a project to take home at one of the workshops, happening on the hour Saturday and Sunday from Noon-3 p.m. (spots available on a first-come, first served basis) and are open to all.
To recognize local frontline heroes, the show celebrates Hero Day every day. All active military personnel, veterans, police, fire, and first responders can attend the show free of charge. Simply present valid ID at the box office. For your service and sacrifice, we thank you.
In addition, the show honors Teacher Day on Sunday, February 23. Teachers and faculty staff with a valid ID at box office can attend the show free of charge
Senior Day is Friday, February 21. Seniors aged 60+ receive special discounted $7 admission at the Box Office with valid ID.
Show hours are Friday 11 a.m. – 8 p.m.; Saturday 10 a.m.- 8 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m. – 6 p.m. Tickets at the box office are $11 for adults age 13+, $3 for children ages 6-12 and free for children age 5 and under.
