"Laugh No Matter What" with Broad Comedy
NEW ORLEANS, La. and BATON ROUGE, La. – In a world where laughter is more important than ever, Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast (PPGC) and Planned Parenthood Young Leaders (PPYL) invite you to “Laugh No Matter What” with BROAD COMEDY–the snarky, sexy, feisty, and fearless comedy troupe— and local comedian Alida Glass plus other guest appearances. This spring, BROAD COMEDY brings its hilarious and empowering show to New Orleans on April 16 and Baton Rouge on April 17, blending sharp humor, musical satire, and unapologetic activism to support reproductive health care, education, and advocacy.
The feminist comedy troupe promises a full line-up of sketches and songs guaranteed to leave your laugh muscles hurting—and 100% of all proceeds from ticket sales will benefit PPGC’s mission to provide expert, affordable sexual and reproductive health care in Louisiana.

If SNL and Tina Fey had a baby, and Trevor Noah was the manny, you might get something as irreverent and on-point as BROAD COMEDY. The Broads are famous for high-energy musical numbers, women’s issues, and R-rated shenanigans. Written and directed by cast member and YouTube sensation Katie Goodman and her husband Soren Kisiel, you can expect rowdy songs and on-point parodies. The Broads will have you rolling in the aisles.
